The staff were excellent and amiable, always there to help. the location was perfect, very close to a lovely park and shops, restaurants, cafes, and the center of the city.

The staff were excellent. Breakfast and quality of meals in the restaurant excellent. Good location, short walk to Tourist Information Office and old town centre.
Little things that one expects of a 4 star hotel weren't there. No shower-cap or extras provided in the bathroom. There was no 'cooling' of any kind in the room and the room was quite small. The balcony couldn't be used because there is no table or chairs on it. No tea or coffee-making facilities.

Close to the citycenter and free parking.
Was only able to sleep a few hours in the night. Room was very hot and there was no airconditioning. It was possible to open the door to the balcony but then there was a loud noise of singing birds (hotel is next to a big park). Also a pity that the wellness area with sundeck is only open after 6.45 P.M.

Although the hotel is on the expensive side, it is in a great location for visiting the sites of the town and is also just a short walk from the main train station (5 minutes or so).
For the price being paid I think that breakfast should be included within the room rate - 16 Euros is a bit expensive if you are staying for a number of nights.

A nice size and well-kept room on the first level, attentive employees at the reception desk. Local food in the restaurant, comprehensive breakfast with fresh orange juice and croissants served on weekdays and sausage.

Great value for the price, with a spacious room and a separate study area. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything in town. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
The breakfast option could have been better with a wider variety of choices.

Hotel presentation and decoration seemed to be very dated and not relaxing at all. The "hotel swimming pool" seemed to part of an old folks home and not at all inviting, and this was one of the main reasons I booked this particular hotel.

Situated at a quiet place, the location of the hotel is excellent. A few steps from the old town and very near to a commercial center and shops. The room was very comfortable with all facilities, warm and clean. Everything in the room was in proper place and working fine. The breakfast was excellent and offered many choices. The main lounge had a quiet computer room with a pc and printer available free for use to those staying in the hotel. Extremely helpful for those who are travelling by plain and need to check in and print their boarding passes beforehands. The staff was very helpful and kind and let me check out an hour later. In general, I left with very good impressions and would reccommend it with no doubt either to families travelling or to business people.
